Breath Hold Coach

• Static max: a stopwatch for your longest hold, best result saved
• CO2 table: 8 rounds, hold at 50% of your best, rest from 2:00 down to 0:15
• O2 table: 8 rounds, rest 2:00, hold growing from 40% to 75% of your best
• Custom table: your own rounds, hold and rest
• Every percentage and your personal best can be changed. The 40 to 75% O2 range is only a training suggestion, capped at 75%
• Phase shown three ways: a big word (BREATHE, READY, HOLD), the colour of the bottom bar and a different vibration
• Vibration at the start of a hold, at half time, 10 seconds before the end and at the end; 3-2-1 before each hold. Sound is optional and off by default
• Buttons only during a session, touch is ignored. START pauses, BACK twice opens a menu
• An unfinished table is kept when the app closes and comes back paused

Safety: train with a safety partner. Never train alone. No hyperventilation. Stop at any discomfort. The app shows this warning at first start, in the menu and before every O2 table.

This is a timer, not a medical device. It does not measure oxygen or your body, and it does not tell you what is safe. Ask a qualified instructor before table training.

• Tabela CO2: 8 rund, wstrzymanie na 50% Twojego rekordu, przerwa od 2:00 do 0:15
• Tabela O2: 8 rund, przerwa 2:00, wstrzymanie rośnie od 40% do 75% rekordu
• Tabela własna: Twoje rundy, wstrzymanie i przerwa
START robi pauzę, dwa razy WSTECZ otwiera menu
• Niedokończona tabela zostaje po zamknięciu aplikacji i wraca zatrzymana

Bezpieczeństwo: ćwicz z partnerem asekurującym. Nigdy nie ćwicz sam. W wodzie zawsze z przeszkolonym asekurantem. Bez hiperwentylacji.

Przed treningiem z tabelami zapytaj wykwalifikowanego instruktora.
