An outdoor-style digital watch face. A large time in the middle with the minutes in your accent colour, small seconds on the side, a ring of ticks and two segmented arcs that show your progress through the day.

Three styles:

• Modern: weather and altitude at the top, heart rate and steps under the time, sunrise and sunset at the bottom,
• Sport: date and altitude in one row, temperature, heart rate and a round gauge under the time (energy level by default),
• Minimal: just the time, the date, one gauge with a bar and two fields at the bottom.

By default the face shows battery, temperature with a weather icon, altitude, heart rate, steps, sunrise and sunset, and the side arcs show steps to your daily goal and intensity minutes. Each of the 10 places can be changed. You can pick from 33 kinds of data, including energy level, stress, pulse ox, pressure, calories, floors, VO2 max, sleep score, wind, humidity, UV index and chance of rain. A field can also stay empty.

You can also set:

• the accent colour: blue, orange, red, green, yellow, turquoise, white or purple,
• minutes in the accent colour or white,
• seconds (hidden automatically when the watch saves the screen),
• the thresholds where the battery turns orange and red,
• how long weather data counts as current. The phone sends the weather and the face cannot force it to fetch new data, so older data shows as "--",
• the always-on screen on AMOLED: whole face dimmed (default), time with date, time only or off,
• the date language (13 languages), time format and leading zero.

There is no compass here: watch faces have no access to the magnetometer. In its place there is a gauge you choose yourself.

Works on 90 Garmin watches: fenix 5 Plus to fenix 9, epix, Enduro, MARQ, D2, Descent, Forerunner 165 to 970, Venu, vivoactive 4 to 6 and Instinct 3 AMOLED. On the square Venu Sq 2 the round face sits in the middle of the screen.

The face asks for location access only to calculate sunrise and sunset on the watch and to tell day from night for the weather icon. It sends nothing to the internet.

Trial: the face works fully for 7 days. In the last 3 days the number of days left appears at the bottom. After that the face shows your Watch ID and dialforge.dev. Buy a code for that number and enter it in the Connect IQ app, in the face settings (Unlock code).

Trzy style do wyboru:

• Nowoczesny: pogoda i wysokość u góry, tętno i kroki pod godziną, na dole wschód i zachód słońca,
• Sportowy: data z wysokością w jednym wierszu, pod godziną temperatura, tętno i okrągły wskaźnik w środku (domyślnie poziom energii),
• Minimalny: sama godzina, data, jeden wskaźnik z paskiem i dwa pola na dole.

Domyślnie tarcza pokazuje baterię, temperaturę z ikoną pogody, wysokość, tętno, kroki, wschód i zachód słońca, a łuki po bokach to kroki do dziennego celu i minuty intensywnej aktywności. Każde z 10 miejsc możesz zmienić. Do wyboru jest 33 rodzaje danych, między innymi poziom energii, stres, pulsoksymetr, ciśnienie, kalorie, piętra, VO2 max, wynik snu, wiatr, wilgotność, indeks UV i szansa opadów. Pole może też zostać puste.

Co jeszcze ustawisz:

• kolor akcentu: niebieski, pomarańczowy, czerwony, zielony, żółty, turkusowy, biały albo fioletowy,
• minuty w kolorze akcentu albo białe,
• sekundy (znikają same, gdy zegarek oszczędza ekran),
• progi, od których bateria robi się pomarańczowa i czerwona,
• jak długo dane pogody są uznawane za aktualne. Pogodę wysyła telefon, tarcza nie zmusi go do pobrania nowej, więc starsze dane pokazuje jako "--",
• ekran wygaszony na AMOLED: cała tarcza przygaszona (domyślnie), godzina z datą, sama godzina albo nic,
• język daty (13 języków), format godziny i zero na początku.

Kompasu ze zdjęć zegarków tu nie ma: tarcza nie ma dostępu do magnetometru. W jego miejscu jest wskaźnik, który sam wybierasz.

Działa na 90 zegarkach Garmin: od fenix 5 Plus do fenix 9, epix, Enduro, MARQ, D2, Descent, Forerunner od 165 do 970, Venu, vivoactive od 4 do 6 i Instinct 3 AMOLED. Na kwadratowym Venu Sq 2 okrągła tarcza stoi na środku ekranu.

Tarcza prosi o dostęp do lokalizacji tylko po to, żeby policzyć na zegarku wschód i zachód słońca i odróżnić dzień od nocy przy ikonie pogody. Nic nie wysyła do internetu.

Próba: przez 7 dni tarcza działa w całości. W ostatnich 3 dniach na dole pojawia się liczba dni, które zostały. Potem tarcza pokazuje numer ID zegarka i adres dialforge.dev. Kod kupujesz dla tego numeru i wpisujesz w aplikacji Connect IQ, w ustawieniach tarczy (pole Kod odblokowania).
