Questions
Do I pay every month?
No. It is a one-time code, no subscription. The code stays yours forever.
What is the UID and where do I find it?
A 10-digit number of your watch. Open the face settings in the Connect IQ app on your phone: it is the first field. The code works only on that watch.
What happens after 7 days?
The face keeps working with default settings and a reminder to buy. Unlock it and every setting is back.
Do I need internet?
Only to pay. The watch checks the code on its own, offline.
I changed my watch. What now?
Write to me and I will move your code to the new watch for free.
